With the NFL Draft three days away, It is time for a new mock. This time with 4 rounds. Check back on Wednesday night for my final mock draft.
This is what I believe teams will do, not necessarily what I would do.

1. Tennessee Titans: Cam Ward, QB, Miami (Fla.)
All signs point towards Cam Ward going number one to the Titans. They have not made any moves at Quarterback, so unless they really want to go into the season with Will Levis as the starter, they are going to take Ward. Also, if they were interested in trading down, they would likely have accepted whatever offer the Browns or Giants offered them.
2. Cleveland Browns: Travis Hunter, WR/CB, Colorado
Andrew Berry all but said he is planning on taking Travis Hunter at two. While Abdul Carter is a great prospect, they are practically forced to go with an offensive player here. Also, with how good Myles Garrett is, they don't need a star player to make an impact at edge. There is still a small chance they go with a Quarterback here, but the recent signing of Joe Flacco signals they are looking elsewhere. In Cleveland, expect Hunter to primarily play Wide Receiver while playing some defense in obvious passing situations.
3. New York Giants: Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
It has become clear that the Giants will not be drafting a Quarterback here. They may look to trade down, but teams rarely trade up in the top 5 for non-Quarterbacks. Instead they just take the clear-cut best player available in Abdul Carter. Besides, you can never have too many pass rushers.
4. New England Patriots: Will Campbell, OT, LSU
Unless Travis Hunter or Abdul Carter are available this pick will be an Offensive Tackle. The two choices are Will Campbell and Armand Membou. Campbell played Left Tackle and is a polished player. Membou played Right Tackle and has great upside traits. All signs point towards New England wanting someone who can start immediately at Left Tackle. Therefore, Will Campbell is the likely selection.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise St.
There is way too much consensus among mock drafters for the top 8 teams. While Mason Graham is a realistic possibility, there are questions about his upside. No such questions exist for Ashton Jeanty. While Travis Etienne and Tank Bigsby for a solid duo, neither scare a defense. Jeanty would take Jacksonville's run game to the next level. New Head Coach Liam Coen was brought in to get the most out of Trevor Lawrence and turn around this offense. Jeanty is the first step in doing so. Imagine trying to cover Brian Thomas deep, while having to worry about tackling Jeanty.
6. Las Vegas Raiders: Armand Membou, OT, Missouri
Pete Carroll has made three selections in the top 10, and two of them have been Offensive Tackles, in Russell Okung and Charles Cross. John Spytek was also a part of a regime that prioritized the offensive line with the selections Tristan Wirfs and Graham Barton. I expect Las Vegas to prioritize building a strong offensive line, and having Kolton Miller and Armand Membou is a strong step towards making it a reality. I have no doubt that Ashton Jeanty is very high on their board, and very well could be the selection if he is available, but I would not be surprised if Membou is higher.
7. New York Jets: Mason Graham, DL, Michigan
While Defensive Tackle is not their biggest need, Mason Graham is too good to pass up at this point. Besides, the Jets have little at Defensive Tackle beyond Quinnen Williams, hence Mason Graham makes a lot of sense. Aaron Glenn will likely want to establish a strong defensive identity in New York, and Graham's high motor would make him a great fit.
8. Carolina Panthers: Jalon Walker, EDGE, Georgia
General Manager Dan Morgan has spoken a lot about how much they want to improve their front seven. While they made some improvements in free agency, they still have a ways to go. Jalon Walker is the top available front seven player. He is also a strong scheme fit as they like stand up edge rushers who have coverage ability.
9. New Orleans Saints: Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss
With the news that Derek Carr's shoulder injury could prevent him from playing this season, New Orleans suddenly has a major need for a Quarterback. Given how much future success they are willing to sacrifice to prevent the team from bottoming out, I can't imagine they would go into the season without a starter. Teams with new Head Coaches also often select a Quarterback early. Given that many Quarterback needy teams select ahead of them in the second round, they would be able to wait. I am going with Jaxson Dart over Shedeur Sanders, because of Dart's greater upside.
10. Chicago Bears: Kelvin Banks Jr., OT/OG, Texas
If he is available, they will take Ashton Jeanty, but he is unlikely to be. Instead, I expect them to pivot to building up their offensive line further. Kelvin Banks brings Tackle and Guard flexibility. As a rookie, he could be their top backup at both tackle and guard positions, while potentially becoming an upgrade over Braxton Jones in the near future. Ben Johnson has made it clear that the Bears will prioritize protecting Caleb Williams and running the ball. Given Jonah Jackson's injury history, he could be tasked with playing early.
11. San Francisco 49ers: Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
The 49ers have let go of several players, indicating that they are going through a mini rebuild and prioritizing the long-term over the short-term. Trent Williams will be 37 years old at the start of the season, so it is time for the 49ers to look for his successor. Given that the 49ers don't plan to pick this high again anytime soon, they should use this pick on a premium position. If Josh Simmons medicals are positive, he will go much higher than anticipated, as he has shown true Left Tackle ability.
12. Dallas Cowboys: Matthew Golden, WR, Texas
It is finally time for the Cowboys to address their hole at Wide Receiver across from Lamb. They can find a Running Back in the second round, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to find starting Wide Receivers past the first round. While most fans prefer Tetairoa McMillan, the Cowboys seem to have locked in on Matthew Golden. He has the athleticism and route running traits to be a strong number two Wide Receiver. If they don't go with a Wide Receiver, I could see either Mykel Williams or Shemar Stewart.
13. Miami Dolphins: Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
With Cam Smith failing to develop, the Dolphins have a big need for a Cornerback, especially if they trade Jalen Ramsey. In each of the last three years, the Dolphins have used their first draft pick on a defensive player, and I expect that trend to continue. I don't see them drafting a safety here as Chris Grier has focused on premium positions in the first two rounds. If available, Kevin Bank is also a strong possibility. Also, don't sleep on them selecting Walter Nolen or Derrick Harmon. They have a massive need at the position.
14. Indianapolis Colts: Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
The Colts need another playmaker for Anthony Richardson, and Tyler Warren can be such a mismatch weapon. The Colts don't have much at the position, so Warren would be expected to step in right away. If available, Will Johnson would also make a lot of sense since their biggest hole is at Outside Cornerback.
15. Atlanta Falcons: Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia
One day the Falcons will get serious about drafting Edge Rushers, just maybe this is the year. The question is which one will they select. Mykel Williams, Mike Green and Shemar Stewart all make sense. However, Williams leads them all on the consensus rankings.
16. Arizona Cardinals: Kenneth Grant, DL, Michigan
Since Monti Ossenfort was hired as the General Manager, the Cardinals have focused on building up their lines. Given that they spent big on Josh Sweat, I don't think they spend more premium resources on EDGE. However, they could use a major presence in the interior.
17. Cincinnati Bengals: Derrick Harmon, DL, Oregon
It is no secret that Cincinnati is likely going to select a defensive player first, with defensive line being the likely choice. Given that they have Trey Hendrickson at Edge, I expect them to prioritize selecting a Defensive Tackle. Derrick Harmon has been gaining a lot of steam as a player who could go in the teens, particularly to the Bengals. Walter Nolen is another strong possibility, but I imagine they will want to go with the safer player.
18. Seattle Seahawks : Grey Zabel, IOL, N. Dakota St.
Seattle has had a weak interior offensive for years, and while Pete Carroll did not prioritize addressing it, I believe Mike MacDonald will. Sam Darnold struggles with interior pressure, so it makes sense for them to select one early. John Schneider has prioritized players who have played in the Senior Bowl and have great athleticism. Grey Zabel dominated at the Senior Bowl and has a RAS of 9.49. The buzz for Grey Zabel to the Seahawks has been growing fast in the past week with Tony Pauline saying they are high on him.
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Donovan Ezeiruaku, EDGE, Boston College
Tampa Bay doesn't have many needs, but they could use another pass rusher. Donovan Ezeiruaku fits the highly productive profile that they look for. There is not only strong buzz for Ezeiruaku going in the teens, but there is strong buzz connecting him to Tampa Bay. Jihaad Campbell is the other player that is frequently connected to the Buccs, but I think his shoulder injury will cause him to fall.
20. Denver Broncos: TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State
Denver will take a Running Back early, and will have a hard time passing on either TreVeyon Henderson or Omarion Hampton. Henderson is the more dynamic Running Back with his receiving and pass blocking ability, making him a great fit for Sean Payton's offense. If available, Derrick Harmon will be tough for the Broncos to pass on as they will want to add more beef on their defensive line so they are not run over again like they were in the playoffs against Buffalo.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers: Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina
Pittsburgh, who typically meets with the players they are going to select before the draft, have met extensively with the top Running Backs. Unless they go with a Quarterback here, I am still assuming they will sign Aaron Rodgers, Omarion Hampton will be tough to pass up on. He is the perfect compliment to Jaylen Warren. I could also see them going with Tetairoa McMillan or Emeka Egbuka here as they have also met with many Wide Receivers.
22. Los Angeles Chargers: Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M
The Chargers are one of the toughest teams to mock for as there are numerous players that all make sense in Shemar Stewart, Tyler Booker, Tetairoa McMillan, Emeka Egbuka, Colston Loveland, and Walter Nolen. I am just going to go with the highest graded player in Shemar Stewart. Their defensive line is dangerously thin.
23. Green Bay Packers: Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky
Only a couple players expected to be drafted in this range meet or come close to meeting all of Green Bay's criteria. One of few is Maxwell Hairston. He meets their height, athleticism and age thresholds. While his Combine weight is below their threshold, rumor has it he is up to the mid 190s now, which does meet the threshold.
24. Kansas City Chiefs (mock trade with Min): Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon
It seems like Kansas City's top priority is an Offensive Tackle and they are willing to trade up to get one. Minnesota seems like the team most willing to trade down. Josh Conerly has the ability to be a starting Left Tackle. He is the last player remaining that can be expected to start early in his career.
25. Houston Texans: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
This is a tough call between Emeka Egbuka and Tyler Booker. GIven that, it is easier to find interior offensive linemen later in the draft than Wide Receivers and Booker's lack of athleticism may cause him to fall, I am going with Egbuka. Nick Caserio likes players from big schools, two plus years of starting experience and team captains. Egbuka checks all three of those boxes. CJ Stroud will be ecstatic to be throwing to him again.
26. Los Angeles Rams: Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
The Rams attempted to trade up for Brock Bowers, and since they haven't acquired a Tight End yet, I can see them prioritizing one of the top two Tight Ends . Colston Loveland would give Sean McVay another mismatch weapon that he can have fun scheming up. With concerns over Loveland's shoulder injury, it is increasingly likely he will be available.
27. Baltimore Ravens: Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas
The Ravens secondary was their weakest group last season, and their only addition has been Chidobe Awuzie. Jahdae Barron would primarily play in the slot, which allows Kyle Hamilton to stay at safety. This seems like a typical Best Player Available selection that the Ravens frequently make.
28. Detroit Lions : Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama
Detroit tends to draft athletic players with a dawg mentality. Jihaad Campbell checks both of those boxes. He could easily go much higher, but I am thinking his shoulder injury will cause him to fall. While Linebacker is not a need, he is too good to pass up. Given that he was recruited as an edge rusher and shows strength as a pass rusher, Campbell partially fills a need at edge.
29. Washington Commanders: Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall
The Commanders need to improve their defensive line, especially at edge. Mike Green would provide much needed juice for their pass rush. At this point in the draft, his talent is enough to outweigh his character concerns.
30. Buffalo Bills: Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina
The Bills need to improve their safeties, and they luck out with their pick of the class. Nick Emmanwori not only gives the Bills a presence in coverage, he will help them against the run.
31. Minnesota Vikings (mock trade with KC): Malaki Starks, S, Georgia
While Minnesota will prefer to go with an offensive player to build around JJ McCarthy, Malaki Starks is too good of a value to pass up. With Harrison Smith in the twilight of his career, the Vikings can use a successor.
32. Philadelphia Eagles: Walter Nolen, DL, Ole Miss
Philadelphia is not afraid to take a chance on a player with character concerns if they have upside traits. Walter Nolen at his best, is arguably the best Defensive Tackle in this class. If the Eagles can coach him up to be more consistent, they will have a steal. He helps them to replace Milton Williams. Don't be surprised if they select Emeka Egbuka or Mason Taylor. They have needed a slot presence and a 5th starting skill player for a while. If they trade Dallas Goedert, this need becomes even more prevalent.
